Ok guys, heres a short list of what the writing team(+their writers and techies) and the puzzle team(+their writers and techies) have to do by TONIGHT. Preferable I'd like to be a few steps ahead but if this is what we get done we'll get by
Writers: Have the forum filled with the proper initial posts, be prepared to have someone receive calls/texts from the phone # provided on the poster, crate any social media Plaid might be using throughout the Arg (Facebook, forums, twitter). I don't think we have a definitive idea on what media he uses, so decide today.
Puzzlers: Have the poster filled out and printed(Also try to find someone to be Argyle, I would really prefer to be trying to coordinate things while the arg is going on so I'd rather not be him), have the puzzle that brings people from the info on the poster to whatever forum/media the writers have set up(feel free to talk to each other on the forums/e-mail). Have the posters posted tonight or tomorrow morning.
Don't forget we're all going to be on the Google Docs at 5:30 to talk about what we've done and what we need done by other people.
Thanks guys!

Also, we need to make sure that we've got a disclaimer page. This thing can't go live without one. Also, now that I think about it, the disclaimer page should not be on the new forum. This would just act as a shortcut that would let players bypass the first puzzle, and directly get access to the forum.
To the techies - How hard would it be to create a dedicated website just for the disclaimer? IF it would take too much time/effort, we can just create an online blog or something that can serve this function.

We could create a third forum that only has "hey this is just a game" in it and simply link to that.

Could you pick one of the writers to create a draft of the disclaimer while the rest of you work on the story? I'd be happy to look over what you've written when its done

Couldn't we just link to a google doc? I think that would be pretty simple.
